English 👇@ippudo_jp から期間限定で登場した『プラントベース赤丸ラーメン』を食べてきました。
注文してから10分ほどで出来上がり、ストレスを感じませんでした。また、店員さんの対応もとても良かったです。
器の中央にある辛味噌をスープに溶かして頂くタイプのラーメンで、昆布から出汁を取った豆乳スープと辛味が相まって辛ウマでした！
麺は全粒粉で想像よりも細かったですが、これまた美味しかったです。
大豆肉のチャーシューも美味しかったですが、箸で持ち上げられないほど柔らかかったです😅
税込で一杯¥1100です。材料が無くなると販売終了だそうなのでお早めにどうぞ！
The new Ippudo vegan ramen is here, and it’s pretty great!
The soup is FANTASTIC, with the creaminess of soy milk and the spiciness of red miso.
The noodles were good but not great, and it’s kind of a bummer that you can’t choose your preferred noodle hardness with the vegan noodles.
But I didn’t mind much as the dish overall was so tasty, and the vegan char siu pork was quite convincing too!
This tasty dish (1100 yen including tax) is currently being served at 44 Ippudo locations nationwide, for as long as supplies last. We hope they make it a permanent addition to the menu! 🙏
